The organization of data is done according to the rules on family studies set by social scientists based on the model of representation of households of the Cambridge Group for the History of Population and Social Structure and the "Genogram" and by information technology scientists for the organization of databases and the graphic representation of Genealogies according to GEDCOM (GEnealogical Data COMmunication) ), a model of organization and exchange of information of genealogy software. The Reunion application that we use in MacOS operating system, and Genopro and PAF in Windows, allow us a series of processes, like data cross-checking and data merging of persons and paragons, such as Databases, graphs and statistics.

The data that results from our processing is presented on our webpages on the Internet in the form of an electronic list of names and family surnames, which refers us to the project´s evidence and interviews collections and in the form of fixed diagrams for the ascendants and descendants of the contributors of evidence and testimonies. In-depth personal details or complete genealogical trees are not provided in order to protect personal data but also because participation in the project presupposes the completion of a Report and the acquisition of the details of families related to the contributor.

In any case, the submission of legal statements is essential in order for a genealogical tree to be included in the archives and for it to appear on the Internet.
