An important historical evidence with respect to the arrival of the refugees in Nea Artaki, Thessaloniki.

The late Yorgos Valilas provided us with a notebook hand-writen by his father, Nikolaos Vallilas, full of memories from the life of refugees that left Artaki. It occured, as an unexpected and welcome surprise to us, that the initial page had been used before Nikolaos Valilas began writing on the notebook. It seems that authorized personnel responsible for accomodating the refugees used that page to record the residents of chamber 183, refugees from the area of Silivria.
